All of these recipes are prepared in a Vita-Mix blender.


Jen's Favorite Green Smoothie:  (2-3 servings)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 bunch Spinach 
  • Handful of parsley
  • 1 green apple 
  • 1 orange 
  • 1 cup frozen mango 
  • 1 banana 
  • 8-10 ice cubes
        




BlueNana Green Smoothie
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 10 almonds (optional)
  • 5 ice cubes
